Alaa Pasha has led and scaled technology companies for more than 25 years, building businesses that deliver sustained revenue growth, market expansion, and successful exits. He has served as CEO of four organizations, including a global software subsidiary of NCR Corporation serving enterprise hospitality brands and was a CEO of multiple PE- and VC-backed SaaS companies.
Throughout his career, Alaa has focused on defining company vision, establishing strong product-market fit, and building leadership teams that execute at scale. His experience spans business development, P&L ownership, sales and marketing leadership, and revenue optimization across global markets.
Alaa is known for setting clear direction and helping organizations grow with purpose while navigating complex and evolving technology landscapes.
Alaa holds a B.S. in Electical and Automatic Control Engineering from Ain Shams Univerity in Cairo, Egypt.
AshLea Allberry
Chief Operating Officer
AshLea Allberry serves as Chief Operating Officer of Maptician, where she leads operational strategy and execution for the company’s workplace technology platform. During her tenure, she has played a key role in driving business growth, including helping secure significant funding from both local and national investors.
Prior to Maptician, AshLea held executive leadership roles at Nanonation, Inc., where she served as Chief Operating Officer, and at Xpanxion, LLC, where she contributed to rapid organizational growth and co-founded a subsidiary that continues to operate as part of the broader enterprise. Across her career, she has focused on scaling technology organizations and strengthening operational foundations.
AshLea is also active in community leadership, co-founding two organizations dedicated to supporting women in business and serving on multiple nonprofit boards. She holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
Nick Eurek
Founder, Chief Product Officer
Nick Eurek leads Maptician’s product vision and platform strategy, bringing experience across technology, finance, and legal disciplines. Throughout his career, he has shaped the development and scaling of complex systems through leadership roles in technology, finance, and governance.
In addition to his work at Maptician, Nick has held executive leadership roles, including CFO and Controller of Xpanxion and Co-Founder and CFO of Rural Soluxions. Earlier in his career, he served as a Judge Advocate General (JAG) Intern for the United States Air Force, influencing his disciplined, risk-aware approach to leadership.
Nick holds a B.S. in Engineering Science and Management of Technology from Vanderbilt University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law, including advanced study in jurisprudence at the University of Oxford.
Craig Williams
Chief Technology Officer
Craig Williams is the Chief Technology Officer of Maptician, where he leads the company’s technology strategy and the development of its Generative AI and agent‑based platform.
Prior to joining Maptician, Craig spent many years at Amazon Web Services (AWS) as a senior technology leader for Generative AI, driving the design, adoption, and scaling of AI solutions across multiple global industries.
He brings more than three decades of experience building and modernizing large‑scale, mission‑critical systems, with a hands‑on approach that connects advanced AI to real customer outcomes.
Craig holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Durban University of Technology
Megan Bolmer
VP Finance and Operations
Megan Bolmer oversees Maptician’s finance and operations, including financial controls, reporting, and processes that support accuracy and consistency as the company grows. In addition to leading core accounting functions, she partners cross-functionally to support day-to-day business operations, helping ensure teams have the financial insight and operational structure needed to make informed decisions and scale effectively.
She has more than ten years of experience in accounting and financial management roles and previously spent much of her career at Nelnet, supporting expanding organizations through disciplined accounting practices. Megan holds her undergraduate degree from the University of Kansas and her master’s degree from Kansas State University.
Megan supports Maptician’s leadership team by ensuring reliable financial information, strong accounting foundations, and business processes that enable operational excellence.
Nic Rapacz
SVP of Sales
Nic Rapacz leads Maptician’s global sales organization, partnering with firms that view workplace technology as a strategic advantage. He works closely with legal, financial services, and professional services organizations to help them navigate operational complexity and modern workplace demands.
With more than 15 years of executive sales leadership experience, Nic has built and led high-performing teams serving sophisticated enterprise buyers. His career has centered on earning trust, driving adoption, and delivering consistent growth in complex sales environments.
Prior to Maptician, Nic held senior sales leadership roles at Forrest Solutions, RR Donnelley, and Integreon, supporting Am Law 100 firms and Fortune 500 companies. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Strategic Communication, Advertising, Public Relations, and Political Science from Minnesota State University Moorhead.
Paul Eurek
Chairman, Board of Directors
Paul Eurek has spent more than three decades founding, leading, and scaling technology companies. As CEO of Xpanxion, he has guided global software delivery and innovation for enterprise clients.
Earlier in his career, Paul founded and led Compris Technologies, growing the company into a global retail systems provider prior to its acquisition by NCR Corporation. He has remained actively involved in entrepreneurship and early-stage investing, supporting multiple technology ventures.
Paul brings founder perspective and long-term operating experience to the Maptician board. He is a distinguished alumnus of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
Bryson Koehler
Board of Directors
Bryson R. Koehler provides strategic guidance on technology, data, and product innovation. He currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of Revinate, where he leads the company’s vision and growth, helping global hospitality brands leverage AI-powered data-driven platforms.
Previously, Bryson held senior executive roles, including Executive Vice President and Chief Product, Data & Technology Officer at Equifax and Chief Technology Officer for IBM’s Watson and Cloud Platform. Across these roles, he has focused on building scalable, customer-centric technology organizations.
Bryson brings a pragmatic, enterprise-scale perspective to the Maptician board. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal Communications and Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Chuck Norris
Board of Directors
Chuck Norris brings more than 30 years of experience in investment strategy and innovation leadership through his work at Nelnet, where he leads angel and venture capital investing activities and supports enterprise innovation initiatives.
During his tenure, Chuck helped launch Infovisa, a trust software company, and Nelnet Capital, LLC, a registered broker-dealer. He has also represented Nelnet as a member of the Nebraska Angels since its inception.
Chuck holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA). He provides Maptician’s board with perspective on capital strategy, early-stage growth, and long-term value creation.
David Hinderaker

David Hinderaker has extensive experience leading finance functions within high-growth technology companies. He has served in CFO roles for SaaS organizations navigating scale, operational maturity, and strategic expansion.
Throughout his career, David has overseen financial planning, operational performance, and capital strategy during periods of rapid growth. His background across technology and financial services informs a disciplined, data-driven approach to organizational leadership.
David earned his Accounting degree from Creighton University and provides the Maptician board with financial and operational perspective to support sustainable growth.
