The Leaders in Tech Awards project submitted by the Maptician team for award consideration focused on an implementation for an Am Law 100 firm with attorneys, 9 offices and 32 floors of building space.
The firm’s Chief Innovation Officer had set an objective to create a vibrant, successful hybrid operation recognizing the shift to hybrid operations as one of the largest innovations taking place at the firm. The firm, however, was leveraging Microsoft Outlook as its main hybrid technology, but the result did not satisfy the firm’s innovation objectives. None of the professionals across the 9 offices knew when their peers or support staff were in the office on any given day in the present or future. This lack of visibility created confusion, inefficiency, prevented collaboration–and in-office attendance spiraled downward.
